Required Application Materials A complete application includes: ● Completed electronic scholarship application form ● One (1) official or unofficial high school transcript ● One (1) small color headshot photo ● Two (2) letters of recommendation from school and/or community representatives (e.g., teacher, counselor, mentor) ● Personal statement submission (written or video)

Personal Statement Requirement Applicants must submit one of the following: ● Written Personal Statement (200–300 words), OR ● Video Submission (3–5 minutes)
